Trauma and nervous system informed
Psychotherapy & yoga

Yoga therapy is grounded in relationship.
The practice is shaped around your nervous system and your unique experience, allowing us to respond with curiosity, choice, and attunement throughout.
This is trauma-informed work in the fullest sense: I track your responses in real time and adapt moment to moment, building a practice that responds to you specifically.

What to expect
01.
Intake

Understanding your history, your goals, and where your nervous system tends to go under stress.
02.
Responsive practice

Breath, movement, and stillness matched to your capacity in that moment, collaborative, never imposed.
03.
Integration

Adapting session to session as your body and nervous system shift and settle.
04.
Space to process

When it feels necessary, we make room to work psychotherapeutically, processing what's coming up in the body and any parts that arise. In some cases, this means weaving psychotherapy sessions in alongside the yoga therapy work.
