Can I cancel my paid membership at any time?

Absolutely. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Substack.

If you choose to cancel, you'll continue to have access to all paid member content until the end of your current billing period. Monthly memberships remain active until the end of the month you've already paid for, and annual memberships remain active until the end of the annual subscription period.

Do I need any previous yoga experience?

No. The practices are designed to be accessible for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The focus is not on achieving perfect poses, but on developing awareness, connection, and a greater sense of safety within yourself.

Are the somatic practices the same as a yoga class?

Not always. While some practices may include gentle movement, others may focus on breath, nervous system regulation, body awareness, guided reflection, or restorative practices. The emphasis is on helping you build a more connected relationship with your body and inner experience.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No. The content is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or require individual support, please seek appropriate professional help.

How are the practices delivered?

Practices are delivered through Substack and can be accessed online whenever it suits you. You'll receive an email notification whenever new content is published.

Can I join the free subscription and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Many people begin with the free subscription and choose to upgrade when they're ready for more regular support and weekly practices.
