Unlike a group class or on-demand video, each session is built entirely around you. Your nervous system, your history, and where you are on that particular day. We begin with a check-in, move through a practice shaped by what emerges, and close with space to debrief and integrate what the session brought up.

  • Practice tailored entirely to your needs that day

  • Space to check in before and debrief after

  • Nervous system regulation as the primary focus

  • Held by someone trained in both yoga and psychotherapy

A trauma-informed yoga practice waiting for you every Sunday morning. Each one is short enough to actually do, and specific enough to feel like it was made for where you are. Over time, a Sunday ritual that your nervous system begins to look forward too.
