Unlike a group class or on-demand video, each session is built entirely around you. Your nervous system, your history, and where you are on that particular day. We begin with a check-in, move through a practice shaped by what emerges, and close with space to debrief and integrate what the session brought up.
-
Practice tailored entirely to your needs that day
-
Space to check in before and debrief after
-
Nervous system regulation as the primary focus
-
Held by someone trained in both yoga and psychotherapy
Psychotherapy sessions can be woven in alongside as your work evolves.
