Phase One: Building the Foundation

We begin by creating a safe, supportive relationship. Together, we explore your story—your experiences, patterns, and the themes that shape your life. This helps us understand where you’ve been and what matters most to you now.

Phase Two: Experiential & Somatic Work

In this phase, we move beyond talking to engage more directly with what needs attention. Through somatic practices, nervous system support, and inner child work, we gently process unresolved experiences and emotions.

Phase Three: Integration

Here, we weave together the insights and shifts from our work. This phase is about grounding the changes—so they don’t just stay as ideas, but become lasting ways of feeling, relating, and living.

Initial

Inquiry

After your inquiry, we’ll arrange a free 15–30 minute phone call. This is a chance to talk through what brings you here, answer any questions, and, if it feels right, book your initial session.

Assessment Session

The initial session is a space for you to get a feel for working with me and see if the approach feels like a good fit. It also gives me time to understand your needs more fully and outline a plan for our work together.

From there, we can agree on a regular slot creating a consistent therapeutic space for you.

Regular Therapy

This is where the deeper work unfolds. Together, we move through the phases of therapy described above—sometimes returning to earlier stages as needed. The process is not linear, and that’s completely natural.

I usually work with clients on a long-term basis, with regular reviews every 10–15 weeks so we can reflect, track progress, and adjust the focus where needed.

Insight sessions

Insight Session Monthly +

£130 per 90 minutes

Insight Sessions are designed for those who have engaged in therapy before and want a deeper dive on a less regular basis.

 

These extended sessions provide space to reflect, reset, and explore without committing to ongoing weekly therapy. They are booked depending on availability and carry no ongoing commitment

90 minutes enables deeper work to take place by creating space to catch up settle in and safely explore at depth without the regular containment weekly or bi-weekly therapy offers

Weekly regular 

£80 per 60 minute session

Sliding scale £65–£80 available for weekly sessions depending on your circumstance.

Weekly therapy offers the most consistency and momentum. This regular rhythm helps maintain focus, build trust, and support steady progress.
A self-selecting sliding scale (£65–£80) is available to make weekly therapy more accessible for those who wish to engage regularly but may not be able to accommodate £80 each week.

Bi-weekly regular

£80 per 60 minute session

Bi-weekly sessions offer a sustainable alternative for those who prefer more space between sessions. This option allows for flexibility while still giving you a regular therapeutic space.

 Many clients find that bi-weekly sessions provide a good pace for reflection and integration.

Availability

My working hours are Tuesday - Friday 

I offer online therapy daytime and some evenings

I offer limited day time face to face sessions located in Hull and East Riding

Location

I work online via GoogleMeet. A link will be sent prior to the day of your session. Online therapy requires a strong internet connection and a safe and confidential space to meet from. 

I also offer limited face to face sessions from Hull (HU3) and Willerby (HU10)

Things to consider

Therapy is not a quick fix. Lasting change takes time, commitment, and a relationship built on trust. The challenges we work with are often deeply rooted, both emotionally and physically - and healing involves gently accessing and processing these core experiences over time.

The process isn’t always straightforward, it can be messy and non-linear, with ups and downs as you work through difficult emotions and patterns. Understanding this reality before you begin, and being prepared for the time and financial commitment involved, can help ensure you stay engaged long enough to experience meaningful, lasting change.
